According to the National Brain Tumor Society, an estimated 700,000 Americans are living with a brain tumor. Of this total, approx. 30% of them are malignant; the average survival rate for malignant tumor patients is 35%. An estimated 86,970 people will receive a primary brain tumor diagnosis in 2019.
